Women are very conscious about the way they look and place high priority to hair care. Here are some hair care tips you can use.

What you eat determines Healthy Hair

  • A well-balanced diet that is adequate in all nutrients especially proteins retains the health and vitality of your hair.
  • Foods rich in zinc, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins (especially vitamin B complex) and plenty of water are also good for hair.
  • Green leafy vegetables, fruits and curds are a must, while foods high in sugars, fat, and processed chemicals should be cut down.
  • Step up the intake of cholesterol low polyunsaturated oils such as margarine, sunflower oil and fruits. A supplement of Vitamin E oil capsules will also help.
  • Excess carbohydrates, alcohol and spicy foods should be avoided especially if you have dry or oily hair.
  • You also need to say NO to animal fats, caffeinated drinks, colas, fried foods, eggs and nuts, and alcohol.
